At SKYNN, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Clinic. Please take a moment to review our policies below to ensure you understand our operations procedures.

Clinic technician services - Cancellations or no shows with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge to your account of 50 percent of the booked service. Please note, for prepaid packages, this results in a loss of the session total. The missed prepaid session is not rebooked.
Filler / botox / injection / consult appointments with Dr. Van Dewark - Cancellations or no shows with less than 72 hours for are subject to a $150 fee.

All orders have an estimated turnaround time of 5-7 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Gift with Purchases are while supplies last.
We ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping is $10 flat rate through Canada and $20 flat rate to the USA.
We do not accept returns on product. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged.

All packages expire one year from purchase date.

We do not accept gift certificates for Injectables.
